Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do
- Own the post-sales Value Realization workstream, converting pre-sales business cases into measured outcomes across the customer portfolio.
- Define KPIs, leading indicators, and lagging indicators to track the platform's impact on business outcomes.
- Lead value review sessions with C-suite stakeholders to present performance data and ROI narratives.
- Partner with account teams to identify value gaps, at-risk accounts, and expansion opportunities.
- Develop scalable frameworks, templates, and playbooks for consistent value realization programs.
- Collaborate with Product and Solution Engineering to feed outcome data back into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting, customer strategy, or business value consulting.
- Professional background in healthcare, health-tech, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven ability to operationalize ROI models and KPI dashboards for complex enterprise customers.
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills for C-suite audiences.
- Experience navigating large, matrixed Fortune 500 organizations.
- Must be a US applicant.
