What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions and client conversations to translate vague business problems into workable technical scopes.
• Build and configure agent workflows, data pipelines, and AI-powered solutions directly in live customer environments.
• Own one or more workstreams end-to-end, from initial discovery through build, deployment, and user adoption.
• Identify reusable patterns and contribute production-grade assets to the internal IP library to accelerate future deliveries.
• Mentor Junior FDEs through code reviews, pairing sessions, and real-time coaching on client engagements.
• Support pre-sales activities by joining prospect conversations and providing defensible technical estimates for SOWs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Deep expertise in at least one specialization: ML/AI, Data Engineering, Full Stack, Analytics/BI, or DevOps.
• Proven ability to work directly with clients and operate in ambiguous environments such as consulting or startups.
• Strong fluency with AI tools and workflows.
• Ability to work across the entire technical stack when required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
