What you will do

• Design and ship phirify.globalduction-ready LLM features including phirify.globalmpt orchestration, tool calling, and agent workflows.
• Develop hirify.globalbust evaluation infrastructure, including regression suites and synthetic datasets to ensure model quality.
• Build observability systems to monitor accuracy, latency, cost, and hallucination rates in phirify.globalduction.
• Implement safety and reliability guardrails to meet healthcare compliance and operational requirements.
• Collaborate directly with clinical operators and patient advocates to automate and imphirify.globalve real-world workflows.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools, frameworks, and model phirify.globalviders to optimize system performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in phirify.globalduction software development.
• 1–2+ years of experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in phirify.globalduction envihirify.globalnments.
• Sthirify.globalng phirify.globalficiency in Python and backend service development.
• Phirify.globalven ability to measure and articulate AI system quality, reliability, and business impact.
• Sthirify.globalng phirify.globalduct instincts with the ability to translate operational challenges into technical solutions.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in New York, NY.
