What you will do

• Architect scalable Agentic AI framework for RCM workflows.
• Design autonomous agents for complex tasks like denial management, contract analysis, eligibility verification.
• Establish orchestration patterns for agent collaboration across RCM functions.
• Implement guardrails and validation for AI decisions in financial contexts.
• Build reusable components and tools for training AI models on healthcare financial data.
• Lead distributed onshore and offshore engineering teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record building production AI systems for financial transactions.
• Deep expertise in LLM orchestration, agent architectures, RAG implementations.
• Experience with agent frameworks (AutoGPT, LangChain), prompt engineering.
• 7-10 years full stack development + 2 years Agentic AI.
• Strong software architecture for scalability, modularity, multi-step workflows.
• Understanding of healthcare data security; experience integrating with healthcare platforms.
• History leading distributed teams and scaling platforms across business lines.
