What you will do

• Develop strategic assessments, performance reports, and action memos to enable insights for senior leaders.
• Map organizational activities and workflows to design and deploy AI tools that integrate intelligence data.
• Conduct mission analysis and risk assessments to identify resourcing requirements.
• Collaborate on congressional responses and memos for the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security.
• Align Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) products with AI timelines.
• Perform programmatic reviews for AI-related initiatives and assess industry partnerships.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's Degree and 15 years of experience in military, government, or contractor roles.
• Enterprise-wide knowledge of AI engineering, integration, and acquisition lifecycles.
• Proven experience in contract and Statement of Work (SOW) writing.
• Must be able to work on-site in Arlington, VA.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree or Juris Doctorate in computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
• Solid understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and NLP.
• Familiarity with Python, data structures, and data science methodologies.
• Deep understanding of all-source analysis and intelligence warfighting domain.
• Strategic experience at OSW/OSD, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command headquarters.
• Experience in a technical role within the commercial industry.
