Billing Specialist

Location: Onsite in Cleveland, OH

Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 Hourly

What you will do

• Process bill payments and policy changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage a caseload and ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high service standards for Premium Accounting clients.
• Support corporate initiatives, including system improvements and special projects.
• Provide customized service support for new clients.

Requirements

• Experience using Excel.
• Experience communicating with clients via phone and email.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly to ongoing changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cleveland, OH.
