Electrical Engineer - EPLAN (Renewable Gas)

Location: Milan, Italy

Salary: €48,000 gross per year minimum; final compensation depends on level, skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Design electrical panels using EPLAN for renewable gas and waste-to-energy projects.
• Develop basic engineering for low-voltage and control systems work packages.
• Size electrical protections and power electronics components.
• Evaluate electrical components and review supplier design, engineering, interface, construction, and EMSR documentation.
• Coordinate interfaces with technical project management, third parties, and other project lots.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and constructing electrical panels with EPLAN.
• Strong product knowledge of low-voltage systems, busbars, cables, and control systems.
• Ability to develop conceptual solutions while considering operational aspects.
• Very good spoken and written Italian and English.
• Direct experience or strong knowledge of electrical panel lifecycle management across price, quality, and time.
