What you will do

• Represent the electrical discipline within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Lead technical discussions and align with engineering, procurement, and project management.
• Design, integrate, and troubleshoot electromechanical assemblies and 3D layouts.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth system integration and technical quality.
• Monitor project progress against planning, budget, and quality standards.
• Coach junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
• Proficiency with EPLAN and AutoCAD (2D/3D drafting).
• Experience with PLM systems, specifically Siemens TeamCenter.
• Proven experience working in multidisciplinary project teams.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Kinderdijk, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Dutch language.
• Experience with mechanical applications such as SolidWorks or Solid Edge.
