TL;DR
Engineer Electrical and Instrumentation (EPLAN): Designing and integrating electrical and instrumentation systems for multidisciplinary maritime equipment projects with an accent on electromechanical assemblies, 3D modeling, and technical coordination. Location: Kinderdijk, Netherlands
Salary: €5,500–€6,600 gross per month for full-time employment, 40 hours per week.

What you will do
- Represent the electrical discipline within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Lead technical discussions and coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management, and other departments.
- Design, integrate, and troubleshoot electromechanical assemblies and electrical systems.
- Translate technical requirements into practical designs and deliverables while monitoring planning, budget, and quality.
- Interpret 3D models for assemblies and layouts and support project meetings and stakeholder management.
- Coach junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
- EPLAN experience for electrical design is required.
- Experience with multidisciplinary project teams, technical coordination, stakeholder management, planning, and technical ownership.
- Experience with PLM systems such as Siemens TeamCenter or similar.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Leadership potential and ambition to grow into a management role.
Nice to have
- AutoCAD experience in 2D/3D drafting.
- Experience with mechanical applications such as SolidWorks or Solid Edge.
- Knowledge of Dutch.
