TL;DR

Sales Representative (CAD/SaaS): Driving new business and growth for the TENADO CAD software offering in the U.S. market with an accent on consultative B2B sales and strategic relationship management. Location: Remote (US). Must align with Eastern Time (ET) working hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm).

Salary: Base $45,000–$55,000; OTE $90,000–$110,000

What you will do

  • Advise business customers via phone and virtual meetings using a consultative, customer-focused approach.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and establish long-term strategic relationships to foster growth.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage a precise sales pipeline using CRM systems to track activity and performance.
  • Utilize modern sales tools and AI-driven insights to optimize outreach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or customer success.
  • Formal education or training in a business or commercial field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive sales approach.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to AI-powered sales tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability and motivation to achieve targets.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling CAD software, SaaS, or technical products in the manufacturing or design industry.
  • Knowledge of digital sales strategies, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
