TL;DR

IT Business Analyst (Consulting): Translating business needs into innovative digital solutions with an accent on functional specifications and process optimization. Focus on bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams through Agile methodologies and UAT validation.

Location: Must be based in or relocate to Brussels, Belgium (VIE programme)

What you will do

  • Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and stakeholder meetings.
  • Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Optimize business processes using BPMN and UML modeling techniques.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and QA Engineers in an Agile environment.
  • Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered functionalities.
  • Monitor project progress and manage communication risks between business and technical teams.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Consultant.
  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Visio.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Must be eligible for the VIE programme and relocate to Brussels.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to digital transformation, enterprise applications, or system implementation projects.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data analysis.
