What you will do

• Act as a technical consultant for law enforcement agencies to identify technology needs and product requirements.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute account strategy plans for expansion.
• Conduct technical demonstrations showcasing the cost-effectiveness and operational benefits of the solutions portfolio.
• Organize discovery workshops with strategic clients to identify workflow inefficiencies.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.
• Provide competitive differentiation and relay customer feedback to R&D and Product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or Public Safety leadership.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong expertise in mobile/computer forensics tools and methodologies.
• Broad IT background including Windows/Linux, networking, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and business analysis skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working within Law Enforcement, Federal, or Military organizations.
