What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT to identify business needs.
  • Schedule and document qualified meetings for Account Executives in the CRM.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and lead interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and target lists.
  • Meet or exceed activity-based quotas including calls, messages, and meetings booked.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven SDR/BDR experience targeting the U.S. market.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (East or West Coast time zones).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mindset for remote work.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales activity and pipeline targets.
