What you will do

• Lead client discovery sessions and translate vague business problems into workable technical requirements.
• Build and deploy production-quality AI and software solutions directly in customer environments.
• Work across the full stack (ML/AI, Data, Backend, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end workstreams independently.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical coaching.
• Support pre-sales activities by joining prospect conversations and providing defensible estimates.
• Identify reusable patterns and contribute to IP capture to accelerate future engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience shipping production systems.
• Deep expertise in at least one area: ML/AI, Data Engineering, Full Stack, Analytics/BI, or DevOps.
• Experience operating in ambiguous environments, such as consulting, professional services, or startups.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.
• Strong fluency with AI tools and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for direct client interaction.
