Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead a team of software and quality engineers delivering compliance automation, AI solutions, and risk controls.
• Own the engineering roadmap for the compliance and risk pillar, balancing regulatory urgency with technical sustainability.
• Translate regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and CCPA, into technical deliverable plans.
• Communicate program status, risk exposure, and engineering trade-offs to executive leadership (SVPs, VPs, and Directors).
• Oversee GRC platform operations, AI/ML governance, and regulatory compliance automation.
• Manage system reliability, performance, and data integrations between compliance applications and enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management or senior technical leadership.
• 5+ years of experience leading ML and automation solutions, with 3+ years specifically deploying AI solutions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering compliance, regulatory, or risk technology in a large enterprise environment.
• Working knowledge of major privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with data governance platforms or GRC.
• Familiarity with emerging regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act or NIST AI RMF.
• Experience supporting regulatory privacy or security certifications.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
