What you will do

• Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, including managers and senior individual contributors.
• Champion AI-native software development and modernize existing systems using AI.
• Provide architectural leadership for building scalable, secure, and resilient B2C products.
• Direct a blended team of FTEs and contractors while managing budgets and delivery metrics.
• Drive technical decision-making regarding tooling, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Ensure best practices in CI/CD, observability, reliability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or technology and at least 14 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in engineering management.
• Proven experience architecting and developing high-scale, high-availability B2C applications.
• Expertise in Agentic AI (Claude Code, GH Copilot), LLM, MLOps, and Data & AI platforms.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies including Java, C#, .NET Core, React, and AWS.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
