What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of product engineers focused on AI-driven messaging solutions.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including performance reviews, 1:1s, and professional development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI engineers to define and execute technical roadmaps.
• Establish and optimize development processes to improve team velocity and engineering efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier engineering talent.
• Partner with Staff Engineers to maintain system observability and platform scalability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience managing engineers and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven experience working with AI technologies (predictive and generative).
• Background in early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments.
• Experience leading teams that maintain critical infrastructure and complex integrations.
