What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Cybersecurity Consultants to exceed revenue, growth, and profitability goals.
• Partner with sales leadership to develop go-to-market strategies and execute strategic engagement frameworks.
• Maintain technical excellence and evangelize security solutions across diverse client architectures.
• Identify emerging industry trends and integrate new products into the company service portfolio.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of professional services and consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain long-term loyal client and manufacturer partner relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Western United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or Security.
• 5-8 years of experience in security, risk management, or business continuity in a client-facing consulting role.
• Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks including PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, and CSF.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CEH.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow technical teams.
