About the Role

You will work directly with clients to provide proactive year round tax insights and white glove delivery. You will prepare, review, and file individual returns for high net worth households (1M to 25M net worth) plus related business returns. You will own equity compensation planning including ISO NSO RSU ESPP AMT crossover 83b QSBS 409A secondary sales IPO liquidity events. You will help build the Tax Brain by breaking complex decisions into code and reviewing AI advice for accuracy. You will solve edge cases such as AMT wash sales multi state allocation QSBS and pass through optimization.

Requirements

• Active CPA license
• 4+ years of individual tax experience
• High volume of 1040s prepared, reviewed, and/or filed
• Equity compensation depth for private and public company employees
• Experience serving clients with 1M to 25M net worth
• Logic driven, tech forward, low ego, high agency
