What you will do

• Manage digital assets month-end close activities, including crypto subledger and wallet reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Investigate on-chain transactions to ensure accurate measurement and classification per accounting standards.
• Implement AI-assisted automation for journal entries, reconciliation workflows, and per-chain analytics.
• Develop granular management reporting to provide visibility into digital asset activity and performance trends.
• Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, Protocol, and Risk teams to onboard new protocols and resolve data discrepancies.
• Prepare accounting memos and audit-ready documentation to support financial statements and tax audits.

Requirements

• CPA designation or actively pursuing certification.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience across the full accounting cycle.
• Strong proficiency in IFRS 15 and/or ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance.
• Experience using blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan, Solscan, Mintscan) for transaction reconciliation.
• Ability to reconcile high-volume data across multiple systems with high accuracy.
• Proven track record of working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with token-denominated revenue and digital asset subledger management.
• Background in fintech, SaaS, or crypto-native organizations (exchanges, custodians, wallets).
• Experience with NetSuite or crypto subledger platforms like Bitwave, Koinly, or Cryptio.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted accounting or close automation workflows.
