What you will do

• Manage one to five distributors in Mississippi to drive growth and profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with construction, mining, and regional account customers.
• Execute sales strategies and manage budgets for support funds and special programs.
• Serve as a consultant for internal and external stakeholders regarding market trends and industry best practices.
• Promote company initiatives across aftermarket, finance, and digital product offerings.
• Coordinate product and application knowledge to support segment sales.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• 6-8 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a manufacturer or distributor.
• Proven proficiency in marketing techniques, including SWOT analysis and sales process management.
• Analytical capacity for reviewing sales trends and basic financial analysis (ROI, P&L).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 70% of the time, including some weekends.
