What you will do
- Develop and sell AutoStore solutions across the Italian market.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Lead complex sales projects through to successful completion.
- Collaborate with international teams to drive business growth.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress and manage opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be native or bilingual in Italian.
- Fluent English (C1+) required for international collaboration.
- Solid track record in sales within intralogistics or automation.
- Ability to manage full sales cycles and complex projects.
- Background in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Flexibility to travel and stay overnight for customer visits.
