What you will do

  • Develop and sell AutoStore solutions across the Italian market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Lead complex sales projects through to successful completion.
  • Collaborate with international teams to drive business growth.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress and manage opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be native or bilingual in Italian.
  • Fluent English (C1+) required for international collaboration.
  • Solid track record in sales within intralogistics or automation.
  • Ability to manage full sales cycles and complex projects.
  • Background in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Flexibility to travel and stay overnight for customer visits.
