What you will do

• Drive sales growth and convert sales opportunities into profitable orders.
• Manage major projects and key accounts within designated geographic segments.
• Prepare and manage quotations in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and target accounts.
• Conduct customer reviews, product training, and external visits to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Design teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven sales and account management experience within construction or building products.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage projects through the full sales lifecycle from quotation to order.
• Excellent communication skills for telephone, email, and face-to-face interaction.
• Ability to undertake external customer visits within the assigned territory.
