What you will do

• Supervise Distribution Center employees and manage overall operations in the absence of the Manager.
• Plan and release orders and work assignments to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee facility safety, employee welfare, housekeeping, and security.
• Manage outbound and inbound FG operations, including load manifests, billing, and trailer tracking.
• Investigate shipping and storing errors to implement root cause corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales and other DC personnel to ensure timely processing and release of shipments.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a supervisor, backup, or coordinator.
• Ability to perform general Order Processor functions.
• Proficiency in operating DC material handling equipment and compliance with EHS requirements.
• Knowledge of CTPAT requirements and experience updating DCMS files.
• Ability to create operational procedures and work instructions.
