TL;DR

VP, Total Rewards (HR/Compensation): Leading the strategy, design, and evolution of global compensation, equity, and benefits programs with an accent on scalability and data-driven decision-making. Focus on building governance frameworks, managing executive compensation, and aligning rewards with business growth.

Location: On-site in Boston, MA (Relocation required if necessary)

Salary: $200,000 - $300,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a global Total Rewards strategy and philosophy aligned with business objectives and company culture.
  • Establish a long-term roadmap for compensation, equity, incentives, and benefits to support international expansion.
  • Design and govern base salary structures, equity programs, executive compensation, and sales incentives.
  • Partner with Finance on compensation planning and workforce planning.
  • Build scalable systems, analytics, and governance frameworks to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Ensure global compliance with compensation regulations and support the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Total Rewards or Compensation within high-growth organizations.
  • Deep expertise in broad-based compensation, equity programs, executive compensation, and sales incentive design.
  • Experience managing rewards programs for a global workforce across multiple regions and regulatory environments.
  • Proven success in scaling compensation infrastructure and operational processes.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership, Boards of Directors, and Compensation Committees.
  • Must be based in or be prepared to relocate to Boston, MA.
