TL;DR

Location: Hybrid; must be based in San Francisco, CA or Atlanta, GA

Salary: $153,000 – $234,000 base salary + bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of global compensation programs, covering base salary, bonuses, and equity.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Own and drive the execution of annual and midyear compensation cycles, including planning and communications.
  • Manage and coach a team of compensation analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Deliver job architecture, leveling, and job family reviews to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Lead the implementation of new compensation tools and systems, managing the associated change management efforts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including program design and business partnership.
  • Proven experience managing and developing compensation talent.
  • Deep knowledge of global compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity.
  • Advanced analytical skills for benchmarking, modeling, and insights generation.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA or Atlanta, GA for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS/compensation platforms.
  • Experience working in high-tech or growth-oriented environments.
