What you will do

• Manage the full payroll cycle for respective EMEA countries, including processing and validating input and output.
• Handle payroll-specific queries from employees and business partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with payroll providers and internal business partners.
• Ensure the timely payment of salaries, social security, and taxes.
• Coordinate payroll bookings with the Finance Department.
• Safeguard payroll procedures and internal controls, assisting with audit requests.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in international payroll.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland for a hybrid work setup.
• Excellent English language skills (C1).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions.
• Ability to manage multiple payrolls with varying deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French or German payroll.
• Proficiency in French language.
