Location: Remote or on-site in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, or Yerevan

What you will do

  • Lead and oversee the accounting and financial reporting for all employee remuneration, including salaries, bonuses, and equity-based compensation.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for employee compensation costs.
  • Ensure payroll and compensation processes comply with local legislation and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate internal and external payroll audits and implement robust internal controls.
  • Prepare financial analysis and management reports to support strategic business decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Payroll/Compensation Accounting team.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or compensation with significant leadership experience.
  • Strong proficiency in GAAP/IFRS, ERP systems, payroll software, and advanced Excel modeling.

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or an MBA.
