What you will do
- Lead and oversee the accounting and financial reporting for all employee remuneration, including salaries, bonuses, and equity-based compensation.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for employee compensation costs.
- Ensure payroll and compensation processes comply with local legislation and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
- Coordinate internal and external payroll audits and implement robust internal controls.
- Prepare financial analysis and management reports to support strategic business decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Payroll/Compensation Accounting team.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or compensation with significant leadership experience.
- Strong proficiency in GAAP/IFRS, ERP systems, payroll software, and advanced Excel modeling.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or an MBA.
