What you will do

• Implement and reinforce corporate safety standards, procedures, and programs across assigned facilities.
• Conduct routine safety audits and assessments, tracking findings and driving corrective actions to closure.
• Mentor and coach site safety personnel and operational leaders on safety practices.
• Lead industrial hygiene monitoring programs and medical surveillance activities.
• Perform accident and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis.
• Support OSHA VPP certification and recertification activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of safety and health experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable standards.
• Proven ability to lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Experience supporting safety programs in operations-heavy environments.
• Ability to travel and support operations during non-routine hours.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) certification.
