What you will do

• Lead and implement EHS programs across global manufacturing sites including the US, UK, and China.
• Own and improve global EHS management systems, standards, and governance processes.
• Partner with operations and site leadership to embed a strong safety culture and drive accountability.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations with root cause analysis.
• Manage EHS metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track performance and communicate priorities to leadership.
• Oversee emergency preparedness, business continuity, and contractor safety compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or industrial hygiene.
• 8-10+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience with multi-site responsibility and global or international operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and international regulatory standards.
• Experience with EHS management systems aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Ability to travel by all forms of transportation as required.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
• Experience leading through influence in a matrixed organization.
