Onboarding Senior Specialist (Banking): Leading the implementation and global adoption of ATM as a Service (ATMaaS) with an accent on project lifecycle management and stakeholder coordination. Focus on gathering requirements, creating Statements of Work, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Serbia). Ability to work North America Eastern Time (EST) business hours is required.

What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for the strategic adoption of ATM as a Service (ATMaaS).
• Lead information gathering sessions and workshops with clients and internal subject matter experts.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and dependency mapping.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for project status and escalations between the company and the customer.
• Prepare pricing recommendations and create comprehensive, unambiguous Statements of Work (SOW).
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and document key learnings for future enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of comprehensive project management experience in a technology environment.
• Must be based in Serbia.
• Availability to work North America Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Project Management Certification or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
