What you will do

• Build and optimize scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth in Greece.
• Oversee first-line defense branch operations, including governance and interactions with regulators.
• Manage critical vendor relationships and develop performance tracking systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams across Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Marketing.
• Monitor country-specific risk incidents and ensure proper controls are strictly followed.
• Identify product, licensing, and growth opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Greece.
• 3+ years of consulting experience in a fast-paced environment, or 4+ years of product launch experience in financial services or tech.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• At least a 2:1 STEM degree from a top university.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex project rollouts.
• Experience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operations.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up operations or a branch in Greece.
• Experience in sales.
• Coding skills with SQL or Python.
