What you will do
- Manage technical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure milestone delivery.
- Maintain project timelines for multiple concurrent deliverables using MS Project Online.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Drive quality of project deliverables by addressing issues with relevant team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and provide high-touch service.
- Facilitate internal and external project team meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in technical project management or clinical trial timeline management.
- English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Location: Must be based in Bulgaria.

- Familiarity with drug development and clinical trial processes.
