What you will do

• Manage technical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure milestone delivery.
• Maintain project timelines for multiple concurrent deliverables using MS Project Online.
• Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Drive quality of project deliverables by addressing issues with relevant team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and provide high-touch service.
• Facilitate internal and external project team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in technical project management or clinical trial timeline management.
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Location: Must be based in Bulgaria.
