What you will do

• Develop key banking products, features, and growth opportunities to expand global operations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance teams to define local banking strategies.
• Create business cases based on requirement definitions and drive the execution of strategic plans.
• Manage project prioritization and provide support for license applications.
• Define the operational playbook and process execution to enable hyper-growth.
• Manage and develop relationships with critical vendors and strategic partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgium.
• 5+ years of professional experience in the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Experience drafting internal regulations or circulars related to deposit or currency exchange operations.
• Familiarity with local banking systems and transaction management.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL or Excel.
• Experience in corporate strategy and planning involving overseas offices.
