What you will do

• Prepare end-to-end conference logistics, including target lists, outreach, and follow-up trackers.
• Build and maintain comprehensive databases of investors, partners, lenders, and counterparties.
• Create and update investor presentations, internal memos, and market maps.
• Support financial modeling, fund analytics, and dealflow scoring tools.
• Research market trends, gaming companies, and comparable transactions.
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines to ensure visibility of progress and blockers.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or business operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial and analytical reporting.
• Ability to transform ambiguous requirements into structured outputs and deadlines.
• Strong research skills across sectors, investors, and public data.
• High level of ownership and attention to detail in producing clean, usable work.
