What you will do

• Own and maintain the consolidated OPEX model and bottoms-up departmental forecasts for the corporate P&L.
• Build and continuously improve the company-wide personnel model, including headcount, hiring curves, and compensation.
• Lead the monthly BVA process and synthesize financial inputs into a clear corporate narrative.
• Execute scenario modeling and ad hoc financial analysis to inform resource allocation and strategic investments.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver consolidated financials and OPEX narratives for Board reviews and QBRs.
• Manage OPEX planning templates in Pigment and coordinate with Accounting to ensure month-end data integrity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• Deep expertise in building scalable, bottoms-up financial models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proven track record of owning personnel and OPEX forecasting in high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise software metrics such as churn, dollar retention, CAC, and gross margin.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Must be based in one of the specified US hubs.

• Experience with Pigment, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
