Salary: $149,000 - $175,000 USD

What you will do
- Own and maintain the consolidated OPEX model and bottoms-up departmental forecasts for the corporate P&L.
- Build and continuously improve the company-wide personnel model, including headcount, hiring curves, and compensation.
- Lead the monthly BVA process and synthesize financial inputs into a clear corporate narrative.
- Execute scenario modeling and ad hoc financial analysis to inform resource allocation and strategic investments.
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver consolidated financials and OPEX narratives for Board reviews and QBRs.
- Manage OPEX planning templates in Pigment and coordinate with Accounting to ensure month-end data integrity.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
- Deep expertise in building scalable, bottoms-up financial models in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proven track record of owning personnel and OPEX forecasting in high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise software metrics such as churn, dollar retention, CAC, and gross margin.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- Must be based in one of the specified US hubs.

- Previous experience at a high-tech or enterprise software company.
