Salary: $138,000 - $192,000 USD

What you will do

• Own strategic financial reporting and projects through scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis.
• Drive constant improvement on financial models to accurately forecast and plan key financial and operational metrics.
• Provide financial expertise to enable strategic investment decisions by the executive team.
• Co-lead the month-end review of financials, quarterly forecasting process, and annual planning cycle.
• Partner with FP&A and GTM Strategy teams to improve forecasting and business trend analysis.
• Prepare management presentations, including monthly reporting, QBRs, and BOD reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• Advanced skills in building scalable financial models using Excel or Google Suite.
• Deep expertise with Enterprise Software (SaaS) metrics (churn, retention, CAC, gross margin).
• Experience with financial applications such as ERP, CRM, and planning tools (Salesforce, Netsuite, Pigment).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment balancing strategy and execution.
