What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, and social media.
• Plan and deliver client events, conferences, and sponsorship initiatives to strengthen market presence and relationships.
• Manage the MTS website and digital channels, including the integration and maintenance of live market data feeds.
• Lead and mentor a Marketing Associate, providing coaching and support for the delivery of marketing activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Client Services teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Measure campaign effectiveness using KPIs, CRM insights, and analytics to optimize ROI.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing within financial services, capital markets, or related industries.
• Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns and managing complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content and thought leadership development.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and digital analytics platforms.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activities to business outcomes.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom
