TL;DR

Addressable Executive (AdTech): Supporting the end-to-end delivery of data-driven, audience-first campaigns across omnichannel environments with an accent on campaign coordination, creative build management, and quality assurance. Focus on managing project timelines, facilitating cross-team communication, and ensuring high-standard delivery across Display, Social, Video, DOOH, and Audio channels.

Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work in this location. Hybrid role requiring office attendance three days a week.

What you will do

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of addressable campaigns from briefing and planning to launch and post-campaign analysis.
  • Coordinate tasks and dependencies across planning, creative, development, ad ops, and analytics teams.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and delivery trackers.
  • Perform quality assurance on campaign assets, links, and trafficking details to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate project progress, deadlines, and next steps to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
  • Experience in digital media, project coordination, or campaign delivery.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Methodical approach with high attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools.

Nice to have

  • Interest in or experience with addressable advertising, DCO, or digital creative delivery.
  • Familiarity with ad servers, DSPs, or creative management systems.
  • Understanding of digital campaign workflows and trafficking processes.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or digital environment.
