What you will do

• Lead project teams through the full lifecycle from site selection and design to construction and final completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and scope for commercial, industrial, and critical infrastructure projects (R&D, Data Centers, Warehousing).
• Conduct property market analysis, performance benchmarking, and cost estimation for renovations and relocations.
• Negotiate with third-party vendors, architects, general contractors, and brokers for new properties and lease renewals.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, Finance, and HR teams to align real estate strategy with organizational needs.
• Present business cases and project updates to senior leadership to secure approvals for capital expenditures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in corporate or commercial real estate development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Experience managing projects with heavy electrical and mechanical requirements (e.g., labs or data centers).
• Working knowledge of building codes, permitting, and LEED sustainable building practices.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP, MCRE, or LEED.
• OSHA 10/30 hour certification.
