What you will do

• Design and lead the overall revenue strategy to scale the business from an emerging growth-stage to a $100M+ revenue run rate.
• Build a repeatable and scalable commercial operating model and mature systems for forecasting, revenue analytics, and accountability.
• Develop and execute differentiated go-to-market strategies across commercial enterprise and public sector markets.
• Implement AI-enabled systems and workflows to improve commercial scalability, pricing sophistication, and effectiveness.
• Deepen strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, data platforms, frontier labs, and emerging AI companies.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing business development and account leadership organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience scaling professional services, technology, or AI businesses through significant growth stages.
• Track record of building repeatable commercial systems and scalable revenue organizations.
• Expertise in enterprise sales motions involving large, strategic, and consultative engagements with long sales cycles.
• Deep understanding of professional services economics, including utilization, delivery capacity, and margin management.
• Strong fluency in AI and data markets with experience implementing AI-enabled processes in production.
• Must be based in Austin, TX.
