TL;DR
Strategic Account Executive (AI): Driving adoption of frontier AI platforms among leading asset managers and institutional investors with an accent on enterprise-scale deals and C-level relationship management. Focus on embedding AI into portfolio management, research, and client advisory workflows to unlock new capabilities in regulated industries.
Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY). Must be in office at least 25% of the time.
Salary: $380,000 - $450,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts in asset and wealth management to exceed revenue targets.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs) to build business cases and navigate complex procurement and regulatory reviews.
- Develop and execute account plans to convert strategic relationships into committed revenue.
- Collaborate with Applied AI and Product teams to translate industry-specific needs into product roadmap inputs.
- Codify successful use cases and partner with Marketing to scale the FSI sales motion.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Legal, and cloud partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in asset management, wealth management, or institutional investing.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas selling complex technical products (API-first, cloud, ML platforms, or SaaS).
- Experience building C-suite relationships within the buy-side or wealth advisory sector.
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and provide accurate forecasting.
- Credibility with technical buyers (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs) and experience working with solution architects.
- Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York City (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience selling Generative AI or LLM-based products to large financial firms.
- Deep knowledge of regulated-industry selling, including data governance and fiduciary compliance.
- Experience partnering with AWS, Google Cloud, or global systems integrators.
- Familiarity with consumption-based commercial models and value-based pricing.
