TL;DR
Account Director, Professional Services (AI/SaaS): Driving AI adoption and platform growth for global consulting firms and systems integrators with an accent on executive engagement and strategic partnerships. Location: Must be based in the US. Hybrid in San Francisco or New York City (3 days/week) or remote for US-based candidates. Relocation assistance available.
Salary: $189,000 – $240,000 + Equity and Commission

What you will do
- Manage strategic Professional Services accounts and execute comprehensive account plans to drive long-term growth.
- Build executive relationships with C-level leaders across consulting, technology, and innovation leadership teams.
- Lead enterprise customers through the AI adoption journey, from initial strategy through successful deployment.
- Partner with Solutions, Research Engineering, and Product teams to design and execute complex enterprise AI programs.
- Own consumption revenue targets and develop accurate revenue forecasts.
- Analyze account metrics to provide strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 14+ years of enterprise sales experience selling PaaS, SaaS, cloud, or AI solutions to large Professional Services organizations.
- Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue targets greater than $2M for multiple years.
- Experience managing complex, multi-year enterprise sales cycles with executive-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success selling into global consulting firms, systems integrators, or BPO companies.
- Ability to navigate highly matrixed organizations and build C-level relationships.
- Must be located in the United States.
