Location: Hybrid (Almaty, Kazakhstan)

What you will do

  • Administer the project portfolio and establish operational structures for new initiatives.
  • Manage project boards in Jira and maintain high data integrity across all teams.
  • Lead end-to-end internal operational projects, including software rollouts and process improvements.
  • Own the division's operational rhythm, managing agendas, meeting minutes, and goal-tracking.
  • Prepare strategic materials and presentations for the CEO and C-level leadership.
  • Integrate AI tools and LLMs into daily routines to automate reporting and boost team productivity.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in project management, administration, or operations support.
  • Proficiency with Jira and other professional task-tracking platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and automation tools, including effective prompt engineering.
  • Strong ability to structure complex information into clear reports and presentations.
  • English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
  • Location: Must be based in Almaty, Kazakhstan for hybrid work.
