TL;DR

Senior PMO Analyst (Agile): Managing financial tracking, governance, and strategic portfolio oversight for complex digital transformation projects with an accent on Agile delivery and commercial performance. Location: Hybrid (UK). Must be based in the UK and be eligible for SC clearance (requires 5 years' continuous UK residency)

Salary: £46,000 - £60,000 / year

What you will do

  • Produce complex financial reports, including SOW burndown, forecasting, and expense tracking for account teams.
  • Deliver strategic, client-ready reporting on SLAs, KPIs, and commercial performance for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Manage team capacity, work plans, and schedules across multiple complex work streams.
  • Establish and mature PMO standards, governance, and robust RAID logs across the project portfolio.
  • Mentor and coach mid-level and associate PMO analysts to align with overall strategy.
  • Lead the implementation of improvements for Agile delivery management and PMO service catalogues.

Requirements

  • Eligibility for SC clearance (5 years' continuous UK residency and employment history).
  • Expert spreadsheet capabilities, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualisation.
  • Substantial experience leading complex business change programs within Agile projects.
  • Extensive commercial acumen in budget management, capacity planning, and change control processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage C-Suite expectations.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or matrix-managing junior team members.
