Senior PMO Analyst

Location: Any UK office hub: Bristol, London, Manchester, or Swansea; part-time remote working is available.

Salary: £46,000–£60,000 per year

What you will do

• Own delivery operations, governance, financial tracking, forecasting, expense tracking, and reporting across multiple complex digital transformation engagements.
• Manage invoice reviews, TOIL validation, client assets, team capacity, work plans, schedules, and commercial performance.
• Produce client-ready SLA, KPI, social value, and commercial reports for stakeholders up to C-suite level.
• Maintain PMO standards, governance, RAID logs, dependencies, action plans, health checks, and delivery assurance across the portfolio.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level PMO analysts while delegating operational work.
• Lead improvements to Agile delivery management, PMO standards, processes, and the PMO service catalogue.

Requirements

• Advanced spreadsheet skills, including formulas, data validation, pivot tables, macros, and complex data visualisation.
• Substantial experience supporting or leading complex business change programmes throughout the lifecycle of cross-functional Agile projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and C-suite expectation management skills.
• Experience with budget management, scheduling, capacity planning, benefits realisation, contractual commitments, and change control.
• Deep expertise in cross-project risk and dependency management using RAID processes.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or matrix-managing junior PMO or project team members.
