Project Manager / PMO Analyst (IT)

What you will do

• Support programme governance by preparing reports and materials for Programme Board, Steering Committee, and Supplier Board meetings.
• Manage and maintain key programme controls, including RAID logs, change control, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate milestone sign-off and ensure all deliverables are properly documented with supporting evidence.
• Oversee resource onboarding, including supplier engagement, access, and equipment requirements.
• Support supplier management processes, including invoice approvals, SLA tracking, and contractual compliance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and supplier leads to ensure consistency in reporting and delivery approach.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager or PMO Analyst, ideally within IT programmes.
• Expert knowledge of data analysis, particularly using Power BI.
• Experience creating project plans and delivery roadmaps and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
• Experience working across multiple projects and portfolios.
• Must be based in London.

• Experience using Planview for project tracking and reporting.
