What you will do

• Lead and deliver technology projects from requirements gathering through to testing and delivery.
• Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Oversee task prioritization and resource allocation to ensure on-schedule completion.
• Manage testing phases to guarantee quality and functionality of solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and issue reports to leadership.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience managing IT/technology projects.
• Experience delivering AI-related projects with a clear understanding of their business impact.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, DevOps, or MS Planner.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, CRM systems, and automation tools.
• Strong ability to gather business requirements (BA certification is a plus).
• PMP certification is preferred.
