What you will do

• Process and generate precise invoices to ensure timely delivery to partners.
• Reconcile invoices, payments, and financial records across various accounts and systems.
• Validate partner legal and financial data and banking details to ensure seamless payment processing.
• Act as the primary finance contact for partners in new markets, including Mexico and Colombia.
• Analyze internal invoicing data using SQL to enhance accuracy in financial reporting.
• Manage partner credit limits and oversee early prepayment arrangements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience focusing on financial operations and payment processing.
• Foundational understanding of accounting principles, including familiarity with MRFS, NIF, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Must be based in Vietnam or Indonesia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
• Understanding of financial controlling processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Xero, DATEV, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Business Spanish.
