What you will do

• Manage local EHS programs and initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and foster a positive safety culture.
• Perform regular facility walkthroughs for safety, environmental, and housekeeping inspections.
• Maintain site safety records, including SDS, JSA, and OSHA incident logs.
• Conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to deliver required EHS training for employees.
• Ensure new equipment and assembly lines are implemented according to safety and environmental regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or warehouse operations.
• Strong familiarity with construction activities, including rigging and loading.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of management.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work day shift (Monday-Friday) with occasional after-hours or weekend work.
