What you will do

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments to prevent injuries.
• Implement data-driven strategies and innovative solutions to enhance workplace safety.
• Deliver engaging safety training to promote a proactive safety culture among associates.
• Serve as a trusted safety advisor and advocate for associate wellbeing and behavioral change.
• Transform safety data into compelling narratives to influence positive organizational change.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in EHS, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 6 months of safety experience within hirify.global.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and/or weekends.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a safety-related field.
• Experience leading teams, analyzing accident data, and conducting job hazard analyses.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Experience in workers' compensation case management.
