What you will do

• Improve EHS workplace performance by identifying risks and implementing safety management systems in accordance with ISO standards.
• Investigate accidents and near misses to implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Manage the EHS and maintenance budget, including cost-effective equipment procurement.
• Lead and coach maintenance staff while overseeing facility repairs and equipment installations.
• Design maintenance procedures and troubleshoot standard equipment failures to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support daily management and business needs.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of EHS and Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience leading, guiding, and coaching teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
